    Hi,

    Building a property empire very slowly, always looking at BMV no money down deals and past four purchases have always gone well, then a company from County Durham contacted me with there BMV deals convinced me to purchase 1 i quite fancied so in went £2,8000.00 deposit + valuation fee paid to there appointed broker the valuation stacked up to the £125,000.00 there were selling at – 25% discount around £93k to me but the lender dicovered that the property had been sold for 100k within six months so it went pear shaped.

    However on convincing me to pay for another valuation and put in another £2k total so the property would be brought for cash then sold to me total money in £5,640.00 it was then valued at £90k and defects were listed in the report as to why they had valued at this figure, by then i said that they could not deliver this property to me its been going on since October, the 3 people who are this company (a joke) are now blaming each other passing the buck , ive also noticed that there company reg no does not belong to them, land line number are dead, all saying they have to agree between them to return the money to me evertythings done via txt from them when they feel like it (mobile phone) any advice would help thanks, i think im going to be ripped off!

    I have found some amazing below market value properties in London going on sale in December 2011 for under £160,000.

    I was wondering if how I could get investor partners to come on board.

    If they wish me to send you the court and land registry details I can furnish them to them or anybody interested on request.

    Hi Suzie,
    I am just starting in property and I am planning to do similar campaign to yours to try and find motivated sellers in my area (SW London). I am planning to do leafleting, postcards, check internet for possible deals and go to county court to look up repossessions hearings lists and also look for empty houses. I would be really grateful if you could give me some advice on leaflets: from your experience what works better just something simple like: Do you need to sell your house fast? Call us now on XXX or something with more information like no fees to pay or something similar? Any advice will be highly appreciated:).
    How is your campaign going? What about these option deals? Looking forward to your next post:).
